You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return the items. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging, tags, and accessories. Our support team will assist you throughout the process.

Return Costs

For defective or incorrect products: No cost to the customer. This applies when the product received is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in any other way.
In the event of a change of mind by the customer: The customer is responsible for the actual cost of the return. This applies when the customer orders the wrong item, the item does not fit, or they no longer want it. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us: Send an email to contact@montessori-and-play.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
   2. Pack your item: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documents.
   3. Send it back: Ship your return following the instructions provided in your return authorization email. You may use the carrier or shipping method recommended in that email.

Refund Process

Inspection: Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item to verify that it meets our return criteria.
